General

♡ If you're going to commission me, you automatically accept my terms of service
♡ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason
♡ Payment must always be full & up front, meaning, I won't start the comm until I get paid in full first
♡ No refunds or holds. Commissions may be canceled before payment goes through, but once it does, theres no going back
♡ You may only make changes in the sketch phase. If you want to change the color of something later, that's fine. I don't have a hard limit on changes, but if it becomes excessive, I will charge extra
♡ Commissions are for personal, non-profit use only.
♡ I retain all rights to my works. You may not claim the art as your own, but you may post / use the finished piece on social media accounts with credit
♡ Rude / Disrespectful clients will get blocked
♡ Image references are a requirement. I will not accept AI as reference
♡ All commissions come with a prop ( gun, sword, etc) & a simple background. You don't need either if you don't want it, but I won't charge extra for them or reduce the cost if you don't

Payment

Payment is only to be done through PayPal, 100% up front. I will send you an invoice after we have discussed what you want done.p.s ...you don't need a paypal account for invoices ;)

Commission Process

1) The client will submit their commission request through the given form
2) I will send a confirmation message through the given email, and we'll get to talking! Here you'll send me all your references, this is a big step for me! I have aphantasia, meaning I literally can't picture things in my head. I pride myself on my accuracy however, so the more ref pics I get, the more accurate your piece will be! I don't care if its a pinterest board, a vision board, a photo dump, or just a few pics.
References could include things like poses, expressions, outfits, ( a possible description of your character ), and any extra details you wish to include. For anything you don't have pictures for, please provide a written description. I'll probably ask lots of questions here, and anything your not certain about will be left up to my interpretation!
3) The client will send the payment in full through the PayPal invoice
4) I'll start working on the piece! During this process, we'll work together as I send updates! I'll be sure to send the sketch, line art, & flats before you receive the finished piece, ensuring you know just what stage your comm is at. Please allow up to a week for your piece to be finished from the start date. It'll vary depending on which slot you get. First come first serve!
5) Done! I'll send the comm through email to ensure the highest quality, and the commission will be complete!
